Call for Abstracts
The Canadian Association of Ambulatory Care Conference in partnership with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Women’s College Hospital is pleased to co-host the 2nd (Annual) Canadian Ambulatory Care Conference.
This year’s theme is Ambulatory Care: The need for alternatives to hospital–based treatments.
The conference will be held on September 13 & 14, 2013 at the Delta Toronto East Hotel in Toronto. Take advantage of this great opportunity to share your knowledge with fellow colleagues. We strongly encourage you to submit an abstract of your work as it relates to ambulatory innovation or transforming ambulatory care.
A range of concurrent oral and poster presentation formats are being accepted at the conference. All Authors are invited to identify their preferred mode of presentation. The deadline for abstract submission is May 31, 2013
Authors will be notified of the (acceptance of their abstracts) by June 7, 2013 and confirmation of participation must be received no later than June 21, 2013.
For the first time this year there will be an award offered for the most outstanding oral and poster presentation.
ABSTRACT GUIDELINES :
a) Your abstract should include all presenter(s) names and contact information
b) You should indicate whether your abstract should be considered for oral or poster presentation.
c) Identify if this is completed research or
d) Research in progress or
e) Describe REB process (if required).
*The abstracts should provide sufficient detail to identify the clinical problem, the sample population, methodology, research findings and conclusion.
Abstracts must be typed single spaced in font size of 12 not to exceed 350 words.
